The guy that came explained every thing about the What he was going to do excellent job first class very nice person to speak to .

Daniel the engineer, punctual, friendly, quick, knowing exactly what was required to do the repair and carrying it out astonishingly fast. Arranging the repair on the phone was very efficient throughout. Cost steep in the circumstances but relieved to get the garage door working again.

It transpired that there was nothing wrong with my door and I was charged nothing for the call and Kevin s service. Not necessity the cheapest, but booking to arrival of the engineer was less than 3 hours! He did a great job, sorting out my jammed door and fully lubricating everything. It now works better than it did before it jammed !!

Same day attendance and Ian the attending engineer quickly measured up the old garage door, rechecked the measurements, confirmed the existing motor was good for a new door. He explained the type of door we would get and the mechanism, the new steel frame to replace our rotten wood frame and suggested soffits to replace the perspex  windows above. The office very promptly phoned with a quote which we discussed and followed up with an email quote. All very professional.
